At Bioweal, we prioritize your personal well-being and maintain stringent hygiene standards. Given the intimate nature of Time's menstrual/personal hygiene and wellness products, we regret to inform you that all delivered products are non-returnable.

However, in the rare event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect
items, kindly reach out to us at info@bioweal.com with relevant details and supporting images/videos.

Each case will be assessed individually, and upon receipt of your intimation, we will examine and provide a timely response. Please note that concerns related to orders (e.g. damage, defects, different products) are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy
Orders, including those under Recurring purchase plans, can be canceled as long as they have not been handed over by our delivery partner.

While orders typically take a day to dispatch, we recommend initiating cancellation requests within 60 minutes of order confirmation.

For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours and credited to the source account in 7-10 working days upon successful cancellation.
