Time pads ride & shine contest

1. Overview

Time Pads is happy to offer customers an exciting chance to win a brand-new scooter through the Time Pads Scooter Gift Hamper campaign. This initiative is designed to reward our valued customers while increasing awareness of Time Pads products.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The campaign is open to all customers residing in India, aged 18 years and above.

3. Registration Process

Customers must register on the official Time Pads website by purchasing Time Pads exclusively from timepads.in.

4. Campaign Duration

The Time Pads Scooter Gift Hamper campaign will run until 100,000 purchases are completed. The winners will be announced once we reach this target.

5. Multiple Entries

Customers can buy Time Pads products multiple times, and each purchase will count as an entry into the contest. Participation will be recorded through the unique bill number associated with each purchase.

If a single customer is selected as a winner multiple times due to unique bill numbers for each purchase, only one prize will be awarded to them.

6. Winner Selection & Prize

• Three winners will be considered for this Ride and Shine contest.
• The campaign will continue until 100,000 purchases are completed. The winners will be announced once the target is met.
• Winners will be randomly selected through a fair and transparent process.
• Time Pads will cover the full cost of the scooters, but winners will be responsible for paying the scooter registration fee.

7. Winner Announcement Process

• The announcement method (online or offline) will be solely at the discretion of Time Pads.
• The winners will be notified through official Time Pads communication channels, including the website, social media, or direct contact.

8. Winner’s Role in the Campaign

The selected winners will be part of the Time Pads campaign and must sign an agreement to participate in promotional activities, including:

9. Terms & Conditions

• The scooter model and brand will be selected solely by Time Pads.
• Colour availability will be based on stock in the winner’s city.
• The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of the announcement.
• Time Pads reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time.
• The campaign is subject to local laws and regulations.
• Time Pads limits its liability in connection with the campaign and the prizes, including any injuries or damages arising from the use of the scooters.
• Participants must refrain from fraudulent activities and adhere to all entry requirements.
