This privacy policy applies to all the products (“Services”) offered by Bioweal Products Private Limited (referred to as “Timepads.in”, “website”, “platform”, “we”, “our'', or “us”). When you use this website and our Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. You also consent to our use, storage, disclosure, and transfer of your information in the manner described in this privacy policy.

This policy only covers the information that we collect, use and share. It does not cover any websites, products that may be provided by third parties during your access to Timepads’s Services. Please review the privacy policies of those third parties for information about their practices.

  1. Email id, phone number, company information: Specific Purpose - To send you product updates, technical alerts, support, responses to complaints and other communication.
  1. Browser and device data (device model, IP address, OS, etc): Specific Purpose - To help us ensure our website and services function correctly, and to improve compatibility.
  1. Usage data (pages visited, time spent,etc.): Specific Purpose - To understand how you are using our website and services, improve them, perform data processing to enhance our Services and other corrective and diagnostic purposes.
  1. Demographic, contact, and KYC information (legal name, address, PAN, GSTIN, etc.): Specific Purpose - To create a user account, conduct KYC processes (where relevant), and to enable various services on the platform.
  1. Passwords: Specific Purpose - To verify your identity in the use of the Services, if you create a user account on our platform.

This section will be updated as and when we add new products and features.

  1. Analytics and tracking

Timepads may use the services of third parties, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, that offer analytics and tracking technology services. We use these services to gather information such as browser type and operating system, track the number of visitors to the website, customize the website for visitors, and understand how visitors use the website. By accessing Timepads’s services, you consent to the collection of information about your use of the website by these third party vendors. Upon your written request business@bioweal.com we will provide you with the identities of all third parties with whom personal data has been shared.

(i) our subsidiary and affiliate companies, as well as select business partners with whom we have a contractual relationship.

(iii) third-party service providers such as shipping partners, courier partners, logistics aggregators and payment gateways, including but not limited to Gokwik, Shiprocket, Delhivery and other delivery or logistics partners, solely for the purpose of order processing, payment processing, fraud prevention, shipping, delivery, customer support, and related services.

(iv) government bodies or law enforcement agencies pursuant to a legal obligation, compliance, or corporate governance function.

  1. Security practices

We follow industry-standard best practices with respect to storage of your information, and to protect your information from theft, loss, unauthorized access, misuse, and modification.

Further, we limit access to your information to those of our employees and advisors who have a need to know such information.

We store your information using the Shopify Web Services cloud platform (whose privacy policy is available here) solely on their servers located within India.

We may periodically update this policy. It is your responsibility to check this page frequently to stay up to date with changes. We may email you to explain changes if we make any significant and material changes to this policy.

  1. Review of information and withdrawal of consent

You may review any information which you provide to us. If any personal information you provide to us is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or deficient, you may complete, correct, or amend such information. You may also revoke consent to the collection of information going forward. You can also ask us to delete information you have provided to us. As permitted under applicable law, we may retain your information even after you terminate use of the Services. Such information will continue to be processed as required by law and in accordance with this policy.

  1. Data Destruction and security

Your information collected during your usage of the Services is purged after termination of the Services. However, we may be required to retain some of your information under applicable law. Timepads has in place a robust Data Disposal Policy. This policy governs how your information is purged from our systems when required.


We use commercially reasonable and legally required precautions to preserve your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, reproduction, use or change. Timepads assumes no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties that occur despite taking requisite precautions, or acts or omissions beyond its reasonable control. You agree not to hold Timepads responsible for any such breaches.

If Timepads becomes aware of any breach of the security of your information, we will promptly notify you and take appropriate action to the best of our ability to remedy such breach. We will take such actions in compliance with applicable laws. In this event, Timepads  may need to disclose the details of such a breach to the relevant regulatory authorities.

 

JURISDICTION

If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the website's terms of use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your grievance through our grievance redressal mechanism, you may make a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
