TIMEPADS SHIPPING POLICY 

Thank you for shopping with TIMEPADS! We are committed to providing you with an efficient and hassle-free delivery experience across India. 

Shipping & Delivery 

All orders are shipped from our Bangalore warehouse via trusted courier partners. Currently, we offer shipping only within India and do not ship internationally. 

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-7 business days. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 10-12 business days. 

  • Delivery Confirmation: Delivery will be completed through OTP verification at the time of the order. If you’re unavailable to receive the package, you may authorize someone else (family member, colleague, or neighbor) to accept the order by sharing the OTP with them. Please note that TIMEPADS is not liable for any issues arising from deliveries confirmed by an alternative recipient. 

Shipping Charges 

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping will apply to orders marked with the "Free Shipping" tag. 

  • Shipping Fee: For orders where the "Free Shipping" tag is not applicable, a shipping fee will be added. The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. 

Damages & Issues 

Once the package is successfully delivered and confirmed, we are not responsible for any damages or issues that may occur. If you notice any defects or discrepancies with your order, please contact us at  business@bioweal.com within 7 business days of receiving your package, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
